This large, bright and airy holiday apartment is on the second floor of Lantern House. It has spectacular views over the Camel Estuary from the sitting room window. Crows Nest lets for either two or three guests within its large living space.
Facilities include sitting room with comfortable three-piece suite and coffee table. Freeview TV with DVD recorder CD and DVD player with a selection of DVD films and CD’S. It is fully carpeted with standard lamp and ceiling light. There is electric heating.
Leading from the sitting room is the open plan kitchen / dining room The cushioned floor kitchen area is fully equipped with four ring electric cooker with oven and grill. There is a stainless steel, one and a half sink unit with washbowl. Fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, electric toaster and kettle and cafetiere. Ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware for your holiday needs. We provide clothes pegs, torch, vacuum flask, candles and matches. Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
The dining area has a large oval dining table with five cushioned chairs, large wall mirror, bookcase with library of books and games. Carpeted and including electric heater.
The double bedroom leads from the dining area and has double bed with bedside shelves and lamps. Fully built in wardrobes with chest of drawers, wall mirror with shaver point and light over. The room is fully carpeted. Hair drier and electric heater. Futon Bed.
The shower room leads from the hallway and consists of toilet, wash hand basin. Electric shower within corner shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Crows Nest can sleep three with the third person using the Futon bed provided. This can be placed in the bedroom or the sitting room, as you require.
Access to the garden is via the courtyard and garden steps.
